EXPERIENCE
As a Roadway Engineer, Jordan is responsible for design of highway/roadway projects including design of roadway geometrics, maintenance of traffic, impact and feasibility studies, cost analysis and traffic control with a specialization in roundabouts and urban corridors.
Before joining Compass, Jordan worked as a transportation engineer for a mid-sized national firm where she worked on a variety of roadway engineering projects throughout Ohio for ODOT, counties, and cities that included roadway improvements, sidewalks and shared-use paths, interstate ramps, roundabouts and curve widenings.
Outside of Compass, Jordan and her husband, Andrew, have two young children and two cats. She enjoys running, watching Ohio State Football, and exploring all the parks in Hilliard with her family.
