As HR Director, Jessie is dedicated to attracting and nurturing top talent at Compass. Her responsibilities encompass recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace culture. She is passionate about employee and leadership development, ensuring a robust pay-for-performance system and effective performance management processes.
Prior to joining Compass, Jessie gained valuable experience at multiple Fortune 100 companies, where she honed her skills in human resources. She is also a certified professional coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Outside of work, Jessie loves spending time outdoors with friends and family, regardless of the weather. She enjoys cheering on her two daughters in their favorite sports, volleyball and gymnastics. Her family’s favorite vacation spot is Gull Lake Ministries in Michigan, where they create lasting memories together.
