EXPERIENCE
As the firm's leader, Emily assumes responsibility for setting the firm's vision and developing and implementing processes that allow the company to deliver high quality services. In addition to her operational responsibilities, she serves as a project manager and senior bridge engineer on projects throughout Ohio.
Before starting Compass, she served as the bridge department manager, project manager, and bridge engineer at a mid-size regional firm where she specialized in complex structural analysis, design and detailing of bridge rehabilitations and replacements as well as bridge inspection and load rating.
Outside the office, you can find Emily spending time with her husband and two young sons. Emily enjoys being active, including running marathons and serving as the heavyweight opponent in living room wrestling matches with her sons.
