EXPERIENCE
As Northeast Ohio Office Leader, David is responsible for providing technical oversight and expertise on projects for the firm throughout Ohio. He also plays a key role in the firm's design build and construction engineering efforts. David serves as Project Manager for many of the firm's projects and provides quality review for a wide variety of projects.
David started his career designing and inspecting complex bridges and retaining walls as well as culverts and roadways on projects throughout Ohio and Indiana. He is an experienced ODOT Level II bridge designer and inspector as well as prequalified for R/W Plan Design. His experience includes traditional project delivery, design-build, and value engineering with complex MOT and innovative contracting on projects varying in size from $50k to $100M+. He previously served as Bridge Department Manager and Manager of Transportation in Ohio for large publicly traded international firms. He has served as deputy project manager and bridge design lead on projects up to $100 million construction value with a focus on practical constructable design.
David and his wife, Julie, are the parents of three little girls all under 8. David enjoys golf, football, and spending time outdoors with his family.
