EXPERIENCE
As Senior Bridge Engineer, Beth is responsible for structural analysis, design and plan production for bridge rehabilitations and replacements, bridge inspection, and load rating. In addition to her role as bridge engineer, she serves as a project manager for projects throughout Ohio and as the bridge group leader overseeing the mentorship of junior engineers.
Before joining Compass, Beth worked as a bridge engineer at a small firm where she worked on a wide variety of bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects throughout Ohio and West Virginia. She specializes in bridge hydraulics with experience in both 1D and 2D modeling methods.
Outside the office, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. On the weekends you can frequently find her outside riding her bike or hiking and exploring parks. She is an active volunteer at a local animal shelter where she walks dogs and serves as an adoption counselor.
